摘要: 本文不按常规的极坐标形式表示圆度误差,而是在直角坐标系中讨论圆度误差的评定问题,提出了一种新的圆度误差计算法——"余弦移位相加法".这种方法具有速度快、精度高、计算程序简便等优点.文中还对最小区域法评定的"单极值"问题作了讨论,澄清了一些模糊的观点,为计算机搜索寻求最小区域评定值的方法,提供了必要的理论基础.

Abstract: The problem of roundness is usually discussed in the system of pole coordinate, but the authors deal with this problem in the system of right-angled coordinate and have developed a new method for calculating roundness. The new method ha.s the advantage of high speed and accuracy, and also the program is simple. It is discussed in the paper whether the extreme value of minimum zone evaluation is unique. Some confusing opinions have been clarified, giving the basis for using direct search methods to calculate the minimum zone value of roundness.
