THE MAGNETIC AND MOSSBAUER STUDY OF Y-Gd-Ca-V-In IRON GARNETS

摘要: 本文实验研究了Y1.2Gd1.2Ca0.6V0.3InxFe4.7-xO12(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6和0.8)的磁性、铁磁共振和穆斯堡尔效应,并用Néel,Gilleo和Dionne理论分别计算了材料的饱和磁矩和居里点,结果表明实验与Gilleo理论(居里点)和Dionne理论(饱和磁矩)符合较好.由唯象理论讨论了铁磁共振线宽在3.6~17GHz频段内随频率呈线性增加的实验结果.由顺磁穆斯堡尔谱间接确定了V5+和In3+离子在四面体(d)和八面体(a)晶位的占位.

Abstract: The magnetic properties, ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) and Mossbauer effect of Y1.2Gd1.2Ca0.6V0.3InxPe4.7-xO12 with x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 were studied experimentally. Using Neel, Gilleo and Dionne theories, the magnetic moments and Curie points were calculated respectively. It is shown that the experimental results were well in agreement with the Gilleo (Curie points) and Dionne (saturation moments) theories. The linearly incresing dependence of FMR line width with frequency (3.6-17 GHz) were discussed in terms of phenomenal theory. The occupancy of V5+ and In3+ ions in tetrahedral (d) and octahedral (a) sites were determined indirectly from the paramagnetic Mossbiuer spectroscopy.
