摘要: 用作长寿命、高光效高压钠灯的电弧管,其几何尺寸的精度必须好,透光率也要高.为此,我们研究了等静压成型,从活性粉料入手,研究了添加剂及烧成制度对透光率和晶粒结构的影响.最终制得的陶瓷电弧管,其几何尺寸精确,晶粒结构也均匀,总的透光率达94~95%.

Abstract: The strict size of polycrystalline translucent alumina ceramic are tube is paramount importance for the production of long life high, pressure sodium lamp, while lamp efficacy is affected by transmittanoe of light in the ceramic are tube. The present paper studied the processing of alumina tube formed by isostatio pressing. The effect of the characteristics of starting materials, additives and heating condition on the miorostruoture and light transmittance of the alumina arc tube obtained were investigated. Arc tubes with strict size, uniformly sized grains and a total light transmittance of 94~95% are now fabricated in mass production.
