Abstract: In this paper, the effective Hamiltonian of the interface magneto-polaron at low temperature is derived by means of Larsen's method. The ground state and first excited state energies and the cyclotron mass are calculated. It is shown that the cyclotron mass of the interface magneto-polaron increases with increasing temperature at finite temperature.
