CALCULATION OF THE VIBRATIONAL DENSITY OF STATE OF ZrF4-BASED CLASSES

Abstract: The vibrational density of state (DOS) is culculated for the possible microstructures of ZrF4 which is obtained with the MD method. The results are consistent with the experiments and useful in studying the loss of infrared of the ZrF4-based glasses.
