Abstract: The way of utilizing the error correcting code in digital signalling of celluiar mobile telecommunication systems is described in this paper,The decode principle of (63,51) BCH code and its decoder design method of hardware and software are discussed in detail.The software deeode method of truncated BCH code proposed in this paper has the advantages of real time ability,accuracy,reliability and easy realization.It satisfies the requirements of practical use.
