Abstract: In this paper, we have introduced an experimental set-up for simultaneously measuring thermally stimulated current and thermally stimulated luminescence used in studying the carrier trap structure of polymers, including the project of sample cell, especially, the development of single photoncounter for detecting the thermally stimulated luminescence.
