Abstract: This paper has presented the method for studying the Sn-Pb/Cu wetting cha racteristics based on image processing technology and the algorithms for detecting image figures and analyzing the wetting parameters on-line. The measured and analyzed results of the Sn-Pb/Cu wetting characteristics on different direct current have been given.
