Abstract: For a linear SISO plant with variable operating condition, whose dynamics is described by a linear interpolation of proper stable coprime factorizations of the transfer functions at two representative operating points, a fixed stabilizer is proposed in[1,2]while an interpolated stabilizer is proposed in[3]. It is demonstrated in this paper that the class of stabilizable plants via the stabilizer proposed in[3]is larger than that via the fixed controllers proposed in[1,2].

Key words: fixed stabilizer, interpolated stabilizer, stabilizability, variable operating condition
