Abstract: The Ekonol/G/POM composite was prepared by means of the orthogonal experiment design and the torque rheometer blending-compressing model method. A study has carried out on the wear resistance of the material through the analyses of variance and range. The results show that preparing Ekonol/G/POM composite by the orthogonal design can greatly reduce the number of experiments, and enhance the work efficiency. Both the analyses of the variance and range have come to the same conclusion that the Ekonol content is the most important factors to affect the wear resistance of the composite, while the cooling method comes next.
