The FDTD Analysis of the Nonlinear Lumped Element

Abstract

Abstract: Two kinds of nonlinear lumped elements are analyzed by the FDTD algorithm.The improved nonlinear lumped network (INL²N) -FDTD method has been used to analyze the Schottky diode in more than one FDTD grid cells.The Gunn diode has been analyzed by an effective set of FDTD iterative formulas.The analysis results are in good agreement with the relevant literature and the results of the SPICE.
