Abstract: From the steepest descent analysis of Wiener filtering, a new algorithm termed AJ (anti-jamming) LMS equalization is proposed, which adaptively adjusts the weight factors of the equalizer based on the estimated channel. Results of analysis and simulation show that performance of AJLMS is better than the LMS algorithm in terms of narrow band interference (NBI) suppression although computation complexity is increased to some extent.
