Abstract: In view of the 6 types of performance failure rate of aerial equipment, we establish corresponding fault distribution models to meet and predict the demand of aero-spare parts. Considering the degree of repairing, we analyze the failure data by applying a generalized renewal process and estimate the parameter values of repair degree. We then calculate the average failure number of non-repairable and repairable parts in a Monte Carlo simulation. Finally we compare the results of perfect repair and general repair with an example. The presented method is more reasonable than previous ones with prospect of practical applications.
