摘要: 在声表面波和光导波的声光衍射实验中观察到有伴随的热效应,并测得其对光波导的模折射率产生10-4~10-3数量级的变化.用瑞典制造的AGA750型热象仪进行分析,证实了预想的发热机构.

Abstract: In this paper the accompanying thermal effect observed in acoustooptic diffraction experiments with surface acoustic wave and optio gnided-wave is reported. The thermal-effected waveguide effective mode index change of 10-4-10-3 magnitude has been measured. With the help of thermovision technique and calculation, the mechanism of the thermal effect is described.
