摘要: 准分子体系的辐射特性与激光作用已有不少报道[1~3],准分子基态为排斥态或不稳定态,而其激发态为稳定的分子态,但其寿命也仅在10-8秒的数量级.

Abstract: In this paper, XeCl excimer flash lamp, excited by meang of longitudinal discharge, is described. The main parameters of this flash lamp have been measured. The UV radiation efficiency of the flash camp is up to 24%, which is mainly resulted from the B-X bard transition of XeCl.
