摘要： 本文考虑了棱镜-波导耦合下M线的形成.从波导反馈回棱镜的能量构成了一束平行反射光.这束平行光的直边衍射花纹与光斑本底叠加的结果在观察屏上形成为通常所称的M线.

Abstract: In this paper, we reconsider the formation of the M-line of the prism-film coupler. The energy fed back from the waveguide to the prism gives rise to a parallel beam. The straight-edge diffraction of this parallel beam superposing on the light spot constitutes the so-called M-line.
