摘要： 本文报告由4,4'-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯,聚四亚甲基醚二醇以及水扩链剂反应制备线性嵌段聚醚氨酯脲弹性体的合成条件与产物性能.并与乙二胺或1,4-丁二醇为扩链剂合成的嵌段聚醚氨酯的性能作了比较.水扩链产物与乙二胺扩链产物的抗凝血性能相近,比不含脲键的醇扩链产物的抗凝血性能要好.

Abstract: Segmented polyether urethaneureas (SPEU-W) were synthesized from 4, 4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG, M_n=1100) and water as chain extender by two-step solution polymerization. The physical properties and anticoagulant activity of the polymers prepared were measured. The experimental results showed that the extent of phase separation and the anticoagulant activity of SPEU-W were almost the same as those of polyether urethaneureas based on MDI, PTMG and ethylenediamine chain extender and better than those of polyether urethanes based on MDI, PTMG and butanediol chain extender.
