摘要: 用衍射仪和德拜-谢乐相机,Cu靶Ka辐射,收集了K5Bi1-xErx(MoO4)4(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,0.9,1.0)的X射线粉末衍射图谱.K5Bi1-xErx(MoO4)4(x=0~1)在x的变化范围内是固溶体,它们属于三方晶系,空间群为五R3m,Z=1.5,K5Bi0.9Er0.1(MoO4)4晶胞参数为:a=0.6020nm,c=2.0740nm.

Abstract: The X-ray powder diffraction patterns of K5Bi1-xErx (MoO4)4 with x=0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 1.0 are obtained by a counter diffractmeter and a Debye-Scherrer camera using Cu Ka radiation. KaBi1-xErx (MoO4)4 (x=0-l) are solid-solutions in all composition range of x. They belong to the trigonal system with a space of R3m,Z=1.5. Cell parameters of K5Bi0.9Er0.1MoO4)4 are a=0.6020nm, c=2.0740nm.
