摘要： 本文认为自由电子受激辐射来源于电子对的量子跃迁.计算了电子对的跃迁几率.给出了自由电子受激辐射产生条件.

Abstract: This paper suggests that the free electron stimulated emission originates from the quantum transition of the electron pair. The author has calculated the transition probability of the electron pair and has given condition of generation of the free electron stimulated emission.
