摘要： 本文把Brown及Dennis提出的非线性最小二乘方算法应用到X光电子芯态谱的解叠处理,得到了很好的结果.文中还列举了某些具体例子.
Abstract: The non-linear least square algorithm proposed by Brown and Dennis has been applied to the procedure of curve resolution for the X-ray photoelectron core level spectra, and satisfying result has been obtained. Some examples performed with this method are shown in this article.
