摘要: 本文测定和分析了奥-贝球铁的穆斯堡尔谱.结果表明,在应变过程中,残留奥氏体向贝氏体转变;应变量越大,转变量越多;残留奥氏体量的减少值与贝氏体量的增加值相等.对最大应变量为9.8%的奥-贝球铁,残留奥氏体量的减少值为6%左右.结果还表明,奥-贝球铁中可能存在两种贝氏体结构.

Abstract: The structural phase transition of the bainitic spheroidal graphite cast iron is studied by Mössbauer spectroscopy. We find that the structural phase transition occurs after the applied s rain, that the more the strain, the more the transition of ehe retained austenite, and that the amount of decrease of the retained austenite is tqual to the amount of increase of bainite, which is about 6% for the strain of 9.8%. It seems that there exist two bainitic structures for the bainitic spheroidal graphite cast iron.
