摘要: 由(Hg1-xCdx)yTe1-y在不同温度下的蒸气分压,可以求得P~T~x的关系,从而指导长晶工艺和液相外延,提高晶体质量.因此,平衡蒸气分压的测定,在理论上和经济上均有重要意义.

Abstract: This paper presents the two-optical-path measurement, by means of which the partial pressures over the compounds and alloys at high temperatures and high pressures can be determined. Real time comparisons and digital display of results were adopted in the measuring system. The influences caused by varying the light source, environment, and other factors were found to be reduced.
