摘要: 本文介绍了电解液式倾斜传感器的结构、工艺、工作电路、温度特性、温度补偿以及数据处理系统.实验指出:经温度补偿后整个系统的误差<2%,灵敏度优于10-2角秒.

Abstract: The construction, technology, working circuits, temperature feature, and temperature compensation of the tilt transducer and its data processing system are introduced in this paper. The results show that the total error of the system is less than 2% due to the temperature compensation. The sensibility can reach 10-2 angular second. The system can be used not only for data processing but also for real-time control.
