半无限极性晶体内的极化子与温度的关系

摘要: 随着科学技术的发展,人们越加重视对极性晶体表面层中极化子性质的研究[1~4].但对有限温度情况下表面极化子的研究很少.梁希侠和顾世洧[5]研究了在零温情况下半无限极性晶体内的极化子,本文将讨论有限温度下,半无限极性晶体内极化子的性质.

Abstract: Taking into account the interaction of an electron with both Lo and So phonons as well as the image potential at finite temperature, we study the effective Hamiltonian of a polaron in a semi-infinite polar crystal. The temperature dependence on the self-induced polaron potential, the effective mass and the depth of the dead layer is given.
