空间调制激光束测量超低速度

摘要: 介绍了一种测量超低速度的激光多普勒测速仪.测量体中条纹的空间位置受到调制得到三组顺序出现的相位差分别为0°,90°,180°的条纹.经过信号处理可方便地去掉近频干扰噪声该仪器可以测量0.3mm/s到0.02μm/s的速度,精度优于2%,文中给出了一个电烙铁在加热过程中伸长量的变化的实测结果.

Abstract: In this paper a new laser Doppler velocimeter for extremely low velocity is introduced. The spacial light modulation and time dividing technique are used to clean-up low frequency noise which is close to the measurand. The principle of the method, optical diagram, and signal processing system are described. The measuring range is (300μm/s-0.02μm/s), and the accuracy is higher than 2%. An experimental result of a heating soldering iron Is given.
