摘要: YIG单晶薄膜在垂直泵下铁磁共振折叠效应的实验结果已被作者及其同事报道了.该工作是进一步分析这些实验结果和讨论薄膜样品的第二级自旋波不稳定性的临界场.分析结果表明,连续波高功率激发的铁磁共振折叠效应主要是由于样品发热引起的.在脉冲微波功率激发下,当静磁场平行薄膜平面时,铁磁共振不存在明显的折叠效应,但对静磁场垂直于薄膜平面的铁磁共振观察到折叠效应.

Abstract: Experimental results of the foldover effect in FMR for YIG single crystal films under perpendicular pumping were reported by the author and his co-workers. The objective of this work was to further analyze these experimental results, and to discuss the second-order spin-wave instability threshold for film samples. Analytical results indicated that the foldover of FMR at high continuous-wave power excitation conditions was mainly due to the sample heating. There was no obvious foldover for FMR with static magnetic field in the film plane, but foldover for FMR with static magnetic field perpendicular to the film plane was observed under pulsed microwave excitation conditions.
