常温气敏元件的研究及其应用

摘要: 气敏元件不但在煤炭、石油、化工、电力等工业部门有着广泛应用,而且在民用上也日趋增加,如宾馆、饭店、家庭等。但是,目前应用的气敏元件基本上都是加热元件,常温元件很少有报道[1]。常温元件与加热元件比,它的突出特点是不需要加热,因此带来一系列优点,如工艺结构简单、功耗低、成本低、灵敏、稳定、安装使用方便、减少引起火灾的不安全因素等。

Abstract: A new type of room temperature gas sensing element of SnO2 has been made.The sensing characteristics of this element have been examined for combustible gas and smoke. The results show that the element has short response time, and is sensitive, stable, and cheap. Experiments confirm that the quick response and sensitivity of the element are due to its high bulk temperature. The element has now been put inot practical use.
