摘要： 由于通信业务的不断扩展,迫切需要展开对非平稳业务流的分析.该文将传统的处理平稳业务流的方法推广为能处理周期性起伏业务流的新方法.

Abstract: As communication services are being fontinously extended, it is urgently necessary to carvy on the analysis of non-stationary flow. This paper extends the traditional method used to deal with the stationary traffic flow, to a new method which can be used to tackle the periodically fluctuating one.
