摘要: 首先叙述了双层(BiAl) YIG薄膜的生长及层间晶格失配情况,测量了与膜面法向成任意角度磁化的铁磁共振谱,铁磁共振场和线宽随磁化方向的变化与单层膜明显不同,用薄膜层间磁耦合解释了这种薄膜的铁磁共振线宽的非均匀增宽和共振波谱出现的异常现象,计算出的层间磁耦合系数与磁化方向有关。

Abstract: The growth and lattice mismatch of the double-layered (BiAl) YIG film are described in this paper, The FM R spectra of the film are measured with the static magnetic field applied at various angles to the film normal.Peculiarities are revealed in the dependences of the FMR fields,intensities and linewidths on the angle, which are different from those of the single-layered film. The magnetic coupling between two layers is used to explain the nonuniform widening of the FMR linewidth of the double-layered film and the new phenomena in the FMR spectrum.The interlayer magnetic coupling parameters are calculated to be different at different angles.
