摘要: 聚乙烯中掺入新型电压稳定剂二茂铁衍生物。由电离电位值和电导率与电场强度的关系,讨论了二茂铁衍生物的树枝抑制机理,研究了添加剂对聚乙烯(PE)和交联聚乙烯(XLPE)的树枝起始电压Vt和介电性能的影响.当添加剂B的含量为1%~1.5%时,PE的Vt提高61%,XLPE的Vt提高43%,PE的击穿强度提高16%,而添加剂对PE的介质损耗的影响不大。掺添加剂的PE具有较好相容性和热稳定性,可满足高压塑料电缆要求。

Abstract: Two kinds of effective voltage statbilizers (ferrocene derivatives) have been systhesized by the authors. The mechanism of treeing inhibition by ferrocene derivatives is discussed through the relation of the conductivity and electric field and comparison of their ionization potentials.
