曲面积分法求解双曲线控轴对称拔制

摘要: 锥形模拔制,Avitzur给出下述解[1]
σxf/σs=2f(α) ln ((R1)/(R2))+2/(√3)[α/sin2α-cotα+mcotα ln ((R1)/(R2))](a)式中,R1,R2为入、出口半径,α为模半角,f(α)是α的函数.本文研究双曲线模拉拔棒材,与锥形模根本区别在于沿模具纵向剖开,剖面线不是直线而是双曲线,如图.有关双曲线模平面变形拉拔挤压已进行初步研究[2].本文在于按文献[2~4]方法研究轴对称问题,仍重探索轴对称条件下摩擦功率与变形功率的曲面积分与变上限积分技巧,所得解析解将与式(a)进行比较.

Abstract: A kinematically admissible velocity field for axisymmetric bar drawing through a hyperbolic die is established, and with the surface integral determining the friction power,and the upper limit function integral determining the internal deformation power, an upper bound analytical solution to the field is obtained.
