摘要: HgCdTe是当今世界上极其重要的一种红外探测器材料,国内外都十分重视这种材料的研究.无论从熔体生长晶体还是液相外延生长晶膜,制备高质量的HgCdTe单晶,熔体的平衡蒸气压都是必须考虑的重要参数.目前文献报道的数据分歧很大,因而在理论上和实验上进行探讨是必要的.但是,在高温高压下测定HgCdTe熔体的蒸气压,技术上相当困难.曾试用的高压回流法[1]和吸收法光谱[2~4],虽测定结果较为精确,但测量系统复杂,操作也不便.我们尝试采用设备较为简单的露点法[5],得到了较满意的结果.

Abstract: Dew point measurement was first used to determine the pressures over the melts of HgCdTe at different temperatures. The results obtained by this method are compared with the data reported by different measurement methods, and the cause of the difference is discussed.
