PE薄膜电导非线性回归分析

摘要: 该文对PE薄膜的电导特性的实测数据进行了非线性回归分析,得出了三种模型.分析三种模型后可得有关项的物理意义,并可得到欧姆传导、空间电荷限制电流、隧道电流及其相互间的制约作用的物理实质.

Abstract: In this paper, we have analysed the measured data of conductance characte ristics of PE thin films by means of nonlinear regression and obtained three relative models. An analysation of these models has made it possible for us to obtain the physical meanings of relative items and physical natures of ohmic conducting, space -charge limited current, tunnel current and their mutual interactions.
