摘要： 介绍了利用图象处理技术研究Sn-Pb合金与铜衬板润湿性的方法,提出了联机的图象特征提取算法和润湿参数求取算法,给出了Sn-Pb/Cu润湿特性在直流电影响下的测试分析结果

Abstract: This paper has presented the method for studying the Sn-Pb/Cu wetting cha racteristics based on image processing technology and the algorithms for detecting image figures and analyzing the wetting parameters on-line. The measured and analyzed results of the Sn-Pb/Cu wetting characteristics on different direct current have been given.
