摘要: 从经典的形核生长动力学和Cahn的调幅分解线性动力学理论出发,经数学推导得到如下结论:在分相的扩散阶段初期,按调幅分解机理进行的分相过程,其不均区域尺寸与时间的关系没有一定的规律,而按形核生长机理进行的分相过程,其不均区域尺寸的平方与时间成正比关系.该结论利用他人实验数据得到了初步验证.

Abstract: According to the classical theory of linearized spinodal decomposition kinetics and nucleation -growth kinetics, after a series of mathematical calculation, the following results were obtained. When the phase separation began to advance in the field of unstable(spinodal), there was not a regular relation between the size of non-uniform region and the time, but in the field of metastable(nucleation-growth), the square of the size of non -uniform region was in proportion to the time. The rightness of above results was tested by experiments in the related references.
