摘要: 提出一种基于利萨如图形的高精度光栅信号细分算法,其实质是利用优化算法从非理想的光栅信号中分离出较为理想的光栅信号进行细分,以此提高光栅系统的细分精度.与实际光栅信号测试实验作了对比,验证了所用算法的正确性和有效性.

Abstract: In this paper, a high-accuracy algorithm for the interpolated displacement of grating signal is presented which based on Lissajous figure. The key of the algorithm is to separate and correct the DC level drift, the orthogonal error and the amplitude error from imperfect grating signal. As a result, the accuracy of the interpolated displacement of grating measurement system can be raised. Experiments and comparisons have proved the fact that the algorithm is correct and effective.
