摘要: 采用开路热刺激放电法研究了恒压电晕充电极化的含Teflon-AF层的非线性光学聚合物驻极体双层膜系统的电荷动态特性,结合电光效应和表面电位衰减测量结果分析表明:双层膜系统中偶极分子有序取向稳定性明显优于单层非线性光学聚合物驻极体,其原因在于Teflon-AF层中高储存稳定性的空间电荷有效地抑制了分子偶极驻极体层中偶极分子有序取向的松驰.

Abstract: In this paper,the charge decay dynamic characteristic of the Teflon-AF/nonlinear optical polymer electret double layer system,which is poled with the method of constant voltage corona charging,is studied by means of measuring the open-circuit thermally stimulated discharge (TSD),electro-optical coefficient and surface potential decay. The results indicate that the reason of stability improvement of oriented dipoles for the double layer film system is that Teflon-AF electret layer have high storage stability of space charge,and the dipole alignment is kept by the field form ed by the space charge layer situated in the Teflon-AF layer and the interface between the Teflon-AF layer and the N LO polymer layer.
