原油/盐水界面张力的动力学研究

摘要: 用滴体积法测定了原油/盐水的动界面张力,在三种不同的温度下,当非离子原油破乳剂存在时(水相或油相中),在不同的破乳剂浓度下,测定了各体系的动界面张力.结果表明:原油中的天然表面活性剂分子较慢地吸附到界面上;破乳剂分子较快地吸附到界面上具有竞争优势;破乳剂的浓度和使用温度对界面张力的下降影响很大.

Abstract: Drop volume method was used to measure the dynamic interfacial tension at the crude oil/brine interface. Experiments were performed with the existence of a nonionic demulsifier in water or crude oil under different concentrations and at three operation temperatures.
The result shows that (1) natural surfactants in crude oil were adsorbed slowly to the interface; (2) the fast build -up of demulsifiers present in crude oil at the interface was observed and they had advantage in the competition; (3) the concentration and operation temperature of demulsifier played an important role in affecting the dynamic interfacial tension data. Our investigation shows the ways to optimize the demulsification conditions and understand the demulsification mechanism.
