摘要: 讨论了用对数-反对数电路实现真有效值AC/DC转换的方法,导出了基本的转换关系,分析了影响转换准确度的主要因素,用超β差分对管实现了准确度优于0.1%的真有效值测量.

Abstract: This paper discusses the high accuracy true RMS AC/DC conversion using log and anti log algorithm. On the basis of theoretical analysis, basic conversion formula is derived and then is used to analyze how to realize high accuracy AC/DC conversion. Finally, an actual conversion system with super-β and difference-matched transistors is implemented and tested. Results show that the new method is capable of realizing a high accuracy AC/DC conversion for measurement of true RMS value.
