摘要: 提出一种新的非线性判别方法,亦称堆球法,可用于机械故障诊断及质量控制.给出了这种方法的算法,分析了其基本性质.该方法简单且适用面广,程序实现容易.应用于滚动轴承滑动擦伤诊断的实例也表明了其有效性与实用性.

关键词: 逐步判别分析, 故障诊断, 判别函数集

Abstract: A new non-linear discriminant method is proposed. It can be applied in failure diagnosis and quality control. The algorithm is presented, and basic properties are investigated. The method is simple. It can be easily programmed and widely used. The effectiveness and engineering practicability of the method is shown in diagnosing ball bearing skidding defect.
