可补偿任意结构数控机床几何误差的通用后置处理

摘要: 运用机构运动学理论并考虑数控机床各个运动副六个自由度方向的几何误差,建立了适用于具有任意拓扑结构的数控机床的运动学模型和误差模型.提出应用该运动学模型和误差模型进行数控编程通用后置处理,并通过后置处理实现数控机床几何误差软件补偿的原理与算法.

Abstract: The multi-axis NC machine tool typically consists of two open kinematics chains:workpiece chain and cutter chain. According to this principle, the kinematics model and error model of multi-axis NC machine tools have been analyzed and set up, and then a generalized algorithm for post-processing of multi-axis NC machine tools is presented in this paper. The algorithm can be used to generate the coordinated motion value for all types of multi-axis NC machine with all sorts of errors according to the tool-path generated by the CAM system.
