双摄像机三维成像系统参数的标定和优化算法

Calibration and Rapid Optimizing of Imaging Model for a Two-camera Vision System

摘要: 通过分析双摄像机三维视觉系统的成像视觉过程,建立了包括镜头畸变因素在内的成像过程数学模型,推导了模型参数的求解方法,提出了标定过程的具体实现方法.在此基础上,同时结合双摄像机系统的成像视觉两个互逆过程,提出了一种标定参数的快速优化方案,利用视觉过程所提供的更多信息,从标定的最终目标——提高视觉过程的角度,优化成像过程的模型参数,以更准确地反映视觉系统的信号变换过程,提高三维视觉精度.实验表明,上述方法可以有效地同时提高双摄像机成像模型的标定精度及提高三维视觉系统数据的采集精度,并且优化算法迭代收敛速度较快.

Abstract: On the basis of the analysis of the imaging vision processing in a two camera 3D vision system, an imaging model including lens' distortion parameters is setup. The derivation for solving imaging model parameters and the realization for calibrating are described. A novel technique of parameters optimizing parameters rapidly for calibration in the two camera system is also proposed. Experimental results show that our approach can effectively increase the precision of both cameras' imaging models and the precision of the 3D data captured by the two-camera vision system. Experimental results also show that the optimizing processing converges rapidly.
