摘要: 在分析计算NURBS曲面单位法矢量的基础上,提出NC磨床加工系统方案创新设计方法,采用平移、旋转和固定等概念模块,准确地表达NC磨床运动模型,采用链表结构表达NC磨床的运动设计方案,采用agent技术实现方案的创新设计完成了双球面砂轮修整中的数字插补控制.

Abstract: ANC preliminary design paradigm is put forward through analyzing and calculating the normal unit vector of the NURBS surface. By exploiting typical modules, such as the translating module, the rotating module and the base module, the NC movement conceptual configuration is precisely expressed. This conceptual module is recorded in the computer. By the introduction of agent, the creative preliminary design is realized and the interpolation control technique is completed in the course of grinding wheel dressing.
