摘要： 提出了一种综合评价模型它采用分层评价体系,将社会发展对热能系统各方面的要求作为评价模型的第一层,而将各方面要求的具体评价指标作为模型的第二层,应用模糊综合评价方法,将两层因素结合在一起,评价结果通过隶属度的大小来反映.文中还通过具体实例介绍了该方法的具体应用.

Abstract: A delaminating evaluation method is suggested in this paper. The demands of social de-velopment upon every aspect of thermodynamic system is considered. As the first layer, and the specific evaluation indexes as the second one. By combining these two with the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, the subjection degree of fuzzy calculation shows the evaluation results. This paper proves the feasibility and rationality of the method through practical examples in prac-tice as well.
