耦合相图计算的凝固过程显微偏析形成数值模拟

摘要: 建立了耦合热力学相图计算的显微偏析宏、微观模型并论述了其主要数值方法,以水冷铜型内冷却的Al-4.5%Cu合金铸锭为例仿真了其凝固过程中显微偏析的形成,并与试验结果进行了对照,获得了与试验结果吻合较好的模拟结果,验证了模型和算法的正确性.

Abstract: Macro-and micro-models of microsegregation simulation are suggested and the primary numerical methods are discussed at the same time. As an example, microsegregation simulation of Al-4.5%Cu binary alloy in water-cooled Cu mould is also presented. The comparison of simulation results and experiments indicates that these two results were in complete agreement. This verifies the validity and the applicability of the models and the numerical methods.
