针对旋转和平移运动的一种图像配准方法

A Method of Image Registration for Two Rotated and Translated Images

摘要: 在理论上分析了Onishi-Suzuki方法检测旋转角度存在的不确定性,并结合霍夫变换和相位相关技术改进了此方法.在检测旋转角度阶段,根据1D相位相关技术,提出了一种通过搜索角度脊来得到两个待选旋转参数的方法;然后根据两个待选旋转参数将待处理图像去旋转,采用传统的2D相位相关技术来得到两个待选平移参数;最终通过检验判决确定旋转参数和平移参数.此方法可以充分利用FFT的高效运算.实验表明此方法能准确有效地处理具有旋转和平移的图像配准问题.

Abstract: In this paper, the problem of ambiguity in Onishi-Suzuki algorithm is analyzed in theory.Hough transform and phase correlation are combined to modify this algorithm.Based on 1D phase correlation, a method is proposed to obtain two candidates of the angle of rotation by searching an angle ridge.After derotation in terms of the above-mentioned candidates, the traditional 2D phase correlation is imported to get two translation candidates.Finally the true rotation angle and translation are obtained by decision.The method can take full advantage of the high efficiency of FFT.Experiments show that the proposed method can detect the rotation and translation between images efficiently and exactly.
