摘要: 本文用光注入的"等温衰减电流(IDC)法"观察α-CuPc蒸发膜的陷阱能态分布,得到了该试样在不同温度和不同场强下的等温衰减电流曲线,而不同温度下曲线最大值的温度位移是一条直线,从而得到陷阱深度Et=0.58eV和热释放频率因子v=1.7×108s-1.并用Poole-Frenkel理论解释了等温衰减电流曲线的场强依赖关系.

Abstract: An investigation of Isothermal Decay Current (IDC) method on determining trap parameter has been made on the α-copper phthalocyanine evaporated films at different temperatures and electric fields. It shows that the trap behaves like a distributed trap of depth 0.58 eV and attempt-to-escape frequency 1.7×108 s-1. The field dependence of IDO current indicates a field assisted detrapping probably in the sense of Poole-Frenkel mechanism.
