Abstract: Sodium oxyalate and sodium hexametaphosphate were used as dispersing agents in the preparation of geothite (α-FeOOH). The experimental results showed that the dispersers had the effect of shortening the reaction time, promoting the geothite particle uniformity, preventing the denlrites in the geothitae growth process, and controlling the length of geothite.
