Abstract: We measured (1) the thermo-emf of the NiCr-NiSi thermocouple at various temperatures and (2) the pressure effect on the thermo-emf of this thermocouple at room and liquid nitrogen temperature up to 18 kilobar. A method of pressure-emfcorrection was given.
