EMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF CYCLOTRON MASS OF AN ELECTRON IN A SEMICONDUCTOR QUANTUM WELL

Abstract: We have studied the temperature dependence of the electron self-energy for the Landau levels of n=0 and n=1, and the cyclotron mass of an electron in a semiconductor quantum well, the interactions between electron-Lo and electron-So phonons included.
